AboutWe are Michelle & Jakob, and together we have created our amazing restaurant since the 1st of February 2019. We have chosen to be a lunch restaurant primary, but we are also open Fridays and Saturdays in the evening. Welcome to a cozy atmosphere, where we are celebrating our Danish traditions, by serving Danish opened-faced sandwiches, local beer, homemade schnapps & homemade juices. Michelle Hemme is educated as a waiter from Sortebro Kro, educated sommelier from Dansk Sommelier Uddannelse, member of Dansk Sommelier Forening, and have past level III i WSET, have worked as restaurant manager at Kok & Vin, worked at Formel b, souschef at Sletten, and restaurant manager at Ruths Hotel.
Jakob Spolum is an educated chef from Ruths Hotel, and have since worked as souschef at Munkebo Kro, headchef at Pasfall, part owner and headchef at Sletten, and have also worked as headchef at Ruths Hotel. He have been a member of the Danish Culinary Team in many years, and have participated in many culinary competitions.
